These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Handydove as a service professional. By tapping "I agree" or continuing to offer services on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms.
You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of Handydove. You control how, when, and where you perform your services. Handydove does not supervise your work, set your prices, or guarantee you any minimum income or number of bookings.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally permitted to offer your services, and capable of entering binding agreements. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate profile information, maintain only one account, and keep your contact details up to date.
Handydove uses your live GPS location to help clients discover you when you open the app. You control your availability and service area. You agree not to misrepresent where you operate or your ability to perform a requested service.
When you accept a session, you enter into a direct arrangement with the client. You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services you provide, including any licenses, permits, or insurance required in your jurisdiction. Communicate professionally and honor agreed-upon appointments.
You set your own pricing unless Platform features specify otherwise. You agree not to use Handydove solely to solicit off-platform transactions in order to avoid applicable policies or fees. Handydove is not responsible for collecting payment on your behalf unless explicitly stated, and is not a party to payment disputes between you and clients.
You agree to treat clients and other users with respect. Harassment, discrimination, fraud, misrepresentation of qualifications, and unsafe practices are prohibited. Handydove may remove listings, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts that violate these standards or receive credible reports of misconduct.
Handydove branding and Platform software are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bio, skills), and grant Handydove a limited license to display and distribute it on the Platform. You confirm you have rights to any content you submit.
We may pause or remove your profile if you breach these Terms, receive repeated credible complaints, or create legal or safety risk. You may pause or delete your account at any time. Obligations that should reasonably survive termination (such as indemnity and liability limits) will continue to apply.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handydove is not liable for lost income, client disputes, property damage, or other indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform. You agree to indemnify Handydove against claims arising from your services or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When a new version is published, you may need to accept it before continuing to offer services. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@handydove.com.
