These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Handydove mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By tapping "I agree" or continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms.
Handydove is a technology marketplace that helps clients discover and connect with independent service professionals. Handydove does not employ professionals, does not perform services on your behalf, and is not a party to any agreement between you and a professional. We facilitate introductions, messaging, and session coordination only.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information, use only one account per person, and verify your phone number through our authentication process.
Handydove uses your live GPS location to show nearby professionals when you open the app. We do not track your location in the background. Location data is used to improve matching and is handled in accordance with our privacy practices.
When you request or accept a session with a professional, you enter into a direct arrangement with that individual. Handydove does not guarantee availability, timeliness, or quality of any service. You agree to communicate respectfully, provide accurate session details, and honor agreed-upon appointments to the best of your ability.
Payment terms, pricing, and methods are agreed between you and the professional unless otherwise stated on the Platform. You agree not to use the Platform to circumvent applicable fees, policies, or safety features. Handydove is not responsible for disputes regarding payment between you and a professional.
You agree to treat professionals and other users with respect. Harassment, hate speech, fraud, impersonation, and abusive behavior are prohibited. Reviews and ratings must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Handydove may remove content or restrict accounts that violate community standards.
The Handydove name, logo, and Platform design are owned by Handydove or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Platform. Content you submit (such as profile information or messages) remains yours, but you grant Handydove a limited license to display and process it as needed to operate the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk for other users or the Platform. You may stop using Handydove at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handydove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any service performed by a professional. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to Handydove for Platform access in the prior twelve months, if any.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we publish a new version, you may be asked to review and accept it before continuing to use the Platform. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@handydove.com.
